Dear members,
Due to the stricter Covid-19 measures in the Netherlands, the annual meeting of the Oriental Numismatic Society will take place on Saturday, November 13, 2021 (10.00h – 17.30h) in the Elckerlyczaal of the historical Beguinage of Diest, Belgium. The Numismatic society of Diest is our host. The Beguinage is not far from the railway station (see map on the back: 25 minutes on foot). On the back of this letter you will receive guidelines if you come by car. Reception with coffee and tea from 09.30h. During lunch break, there is the possibility to have a light meal in "De Kapel" of the Beguinage.

As usual there will also be room for questions, news items, etc. Members are invited to come forward with it.
Traditionally, at the end of the meeting a small auction of Oriental coins and related books will be held: see attached auction list. The proceeds of this auction is a welcome addition to the ONS-funds. At the end of September, the auction with photos will be published on www.zeno.ru and www.studiekring-numismatiek.be/veiling.html.

Members who want to attend the meeting are requested to inform the Regional Secretary, patrick.pasmans@hotmail.com at the latest by 29 October 2021 at 5 PM. They will receive confirmation of their registration and the most recent information of the local and national Covid19 measures.
Afterwards there will be dinner in Rest.-Hotel De Modern. Address: Leuvensesteenweg 93, 3293 Diest. You must register in advance to participate at the dinner. Members who wish to do so, can book a room at this hotel.
